Why I must win, Champ Boxer Quinlan Tells

Former International Boxing Organisation (IBO) world super middleweight champion Renold Quinlan is expecting a torrid encounter against Isikeli ‘The Bullet’ Senidoko at the Vodafone Arena in Suva tomorrow night.
Speaking to SUNsports, Quinlan said he has a lot of respect for his opponent.
“It’s going to be a lot of fireworks,” he said as soon as he arrived in Suva yesterday.
“There are some good fights but as they always say they are keeping the best for the last. That is our fight and that is what I want to do to give my best especially when my mum is Fijian.”
Quinlan urged boxing fans living in the Suva, Nasinu and Nausori area to come out in big numbers to watch the fight.
Quinlan has indicated that this is an important fight and he is going for a win.
“I’ve to win because I want to be in contention for a world title fight.”
He has knocked out Daniel Geale in the second round to win the vacant IBO world super middleweight title in 2016. He lost the title to Chris Eubank in London.
Quilan is looking forward to today’s official weigh-in where he is going to also meet Senidoko.
Meanwhile, Toe-to-Toe promoter Abdul Feroz has slashed the ticket prices to $20.
“A former world champ is fighting also with our upcoming champions and a few veterans as well. This is a must see programme for Suva fans because most of their boxers are participating,” he added.
The official weigh-in is today at Vodafone Arena in Suva.
