Deputy Prime Minister Manoa Kamikamica says his lawyer has written to the Magistrate seeking directions on his next move against the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC).
His comments come after his case was cleared through court proceedings earlier this month.
"At the moment, my lawyer has written to the Magistrate to seek some directions. We're waiting for that response and we'll take it from there," Mr Kamikamica told this masthead yesterday.

He said clearing his name had been his main concern and he would now focus on Government work rather than dwell on the case.
"Right now the focus is to start moving ahead and trying to do the work that still needs to be done. That's where my focus will be for the moment," he said.
Mr Kamikamica also addressed Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka's decision to appeal the High Court ruling on the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) report, which had originally led to his own charges.
He said all Fijians had the right to pursue legal avenues when a court ruling was made.
"In keeping with the rule of law and democracy in this country, there are avenues available to all people in Fiji when a ruling is made," he said.
On concerns that taxpayers would fund the appeal, Mr Kamikamica said the Government stood behind the Prime Minister's decision.
"The Honourable Prime Minister has felt that he needs to appeal. In accordance with the rule of law and democracy in this country, that's available to him," he said.
"For us, we support him and we'll continue to move along."
