Bainimarama pension appeal set for November 11

Bainimarama is appealing the dismissal of his pension case by Justice Daniel Goundar last September.

The Court of Appeal has fixed November 11 to hear former Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama’s appeal against the Government and the Attorney-General’s Office over his pension case.

Bainimarama is appealing the dismissal of his pension case by Justice Daniel Goundar last September.

In that judgment, Justice Goundar found there had been no miscalculation of Bainimarama’s pension and gratuity.
