Another Grab and Run Along Flagstaff, Police Arrest Suspects

The suspect is alleged to have grabbed assorted items including an iPhone worth more than $6000.

Quick action by Police successfully led to the arrest of a 24-year-old man who robbed a 45-year-old woman along the Flagstaff area in Suva yesterday.

The suspect is alleged to have grabbed assorted items including an iPhone worth more than $6000.

$100 cash was also stolen from the woman who was returning from church with her son.

The matter was reported at the Totogo Police Station by an eye witness who saw the suspect got away in a waiting vehicle.

Both the suspect and the driver f the vehicle were arrested by Police early this morning.

The iPhone was recovered.

Investigations continue.
