The Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) Nausori Customer Service Office has been temporarily closed after a sewage pipe burst inside the building.
In a public advisory issued today, EFL said the office would remain closed while the issue is being addressed.
The company apologised for the inconvenience and urged customers requiring assistance to use its alternative service channels.
