Former secondary school teacher Elaine Chandra has been appointed as the chief executive officer for the climate and human rights-based non-governmental organization (NGO), Justice Pacific.
A staunch advocate of human rights, anti-discrimination, and women empowerment, Ms Chandra believes the involvement of youths is the key to making the world a better place.
She hopes to see more youths as women leaders and executives.
