The Frank Hilton Organisation is receiving growing support from corporate teams as businesses rally behind this year’s Bara Battle fundraiser to support children with disabilities across Fiji.
Representatives from Harcourts and Nanuku Resort said the organisation’s work had inspired them to continue contributing, with both teams pledging ongoing support for the annual campaign.
Harcourts representative Nicci McGrath said the company had supported the Bara Race for 10 years, while she was participating for the third time.

She said Harcourts remained committed because every child deserved quality care and access to the best facilities.
Ms McGrath said the team was confident their contributions were directly supporting children and families who depended on Frank Hilton’s services.
"As long as they need us, we'll be there," she said.
She encouraged more corporate teams to take part, adding that Harcourts was aiming to win the highest fundraising, all-girls and best-dressed awards this year.
Meanwhile, Nanuku Resort Human Resources director Charlotte Steele said the resort was participating in the Bara Battle for the first time after being invited by the Frank Hilton Organisation.
She said the initiative aligned with the resort’s corporate social responsibility programme, which focuses on supporting communities and education.
Ms Steele said a presentation by Frank Hilton motivated the team to support children with disabilities and their families, and the resort hoped to make participation an annual commitment.
"We are looking forward to being part of it for the years to come, and I'm sure this won't be the last time that we participate," she said.
The Bara Battle is one of the Frank Hilton Organisation’s major annual fundraising initiatives, bringing together businesses and community groups to raise funds for services supporting children with disabilities.
