Patients at Aspen Medical-managed Ba Hospital will receive faster assistance and enhanced care following the introduction of a new Nurse Call System designed to improve patient safety and strengthen communication with healthcare staff.
The new system gives patients a direct and reliable way to alert nurses when they need assistance, supporting quicker response times and more efficient care delivery.
Aspen Medical chief operating officer Barry Herberts said the initiative marked a significant step forward in patient-centred care and modern healthcare delivery.
