He said Fijians need to take pride and take the responsibility of disposing rubbish accordingly to protect the environment and also from the spread of diseases.

"People need to have their civic pride in place to take ownership of recycling programmes for the upkeep and beautification of the
environment," Mr Deo said.
A pilot programme in the terms of building awareness has started at Jai Narayan College and hope to spread to other schools.

Definetly Levuka.
I think if you're born in Fiji, you must visit Levuka because of the historic link to Fiji in general.
