Bunnings will launch a dedicated online store for customers in Fiji this month, offering access to a wide range of home improvement and hardware products delivered directly to customers.

The new platform, Bunnings Pacific, will build on the company’s existing wholesale presence in the region, providing Fijian customers with more choice through a secure online shopping experience.

The online store has been designed for ease of use on both mobile and computer, with clear product details and familiar payment options.

Bunnings managing director Mike Schneider said the platform was tailored to local customer needs.

“We know customers in Fiji value quality products and choice, along with trust and reliability, when shopping online.

“The online store is designed to make it easy for customers to browse, understand what they’re buying from a wide range of quality products, and know exactly what to expect when it comes to delivery and pricing.

“We've carefully assessed the needs of customers in the local market, we’ll be starting carefully and listening to customer feedback, so we can continue to improve the experience over time.”

About 20,000 products will be available, including power and hand tools, garden equipment, electrical items, home security and cleaning products.

The move comes as online shopping in Fiji continues to develop, with customers seeking greater confidence in delivery, security and reliability.

Products will be supplied from Bunnings’ Australian distribution centre and delivered through international shipping partners.

Customers will soon be able to access the service through the Bunnings Pacific website.
