SEN DA (Fiji) Pte Ltd has celebrated a significant milestone by officially opening its new warehouse and production facility in Suva last Saturday, marking a decade of successful operations in Fiji.

The expansion represents a major investment in the company's future and reflects its long-term commitment to supporting Fiji's growing construction industry.

The new facility is expected to substantially increase production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and enable faster delivery of aluminium and glass products to customers throughout Suva and surrounding areas.

Co-director Chen Chen described the opening as an important chapter in the company's continued growth and development.

"The opening of our new Suva factory marks another milestone in SEN DA's 10-year journey in Fiji," Mr Chen said.

"This expansion significantly enhances our production capacity and delivery efficiency, allowing us to serve more customers with greater speed while offering an even wider range of high-quality aluminium and glass products."

Mr Chen said Fiji was chosen as the company's investment destination because of its promising economic outlook, political stability and growing demand for quality construction materials.

"From the very beginning, we recognised Fiji's tremendous potential for development. Our vision has always been to provide durable, affordable and high-quality aluminium and glass building solutions specifically designed to suit Fiji's unique tropical climate and local construction requirements," he said.

Since establishing operations in Fiji 10 years ago, SEN DA has supplied aluminium and glass products for numerous residential homes, commercial buildings and infrastructure projects across the country.

Throughout that period, the company has continually refined its products to meet Fiji's building standards while ensuring superior performance in tropical weather conditions.

Mr Chen said one of the company's greatest achievements had been earning the confidence and loyalty of customers through consistent product quality, professional workmanship and dependable customer service.

Beyond supplying quality building materials, SEN DA has also contributed to Fiji's workforce by creating stable employment opportunities and investing in the training and development of local employees.

"Over the past decade, we have grown together with Fiji. Today, we no longer see ourselves as simply a foreign-owned company operating in Fiji; we are proud to be a genuine local Fijian enterprise, working alongside the people of this country to build its future," Mr Chen said.

SEN DA's product range is specifically engineered for Fiji's environmental conditions, incorporating advanced features that provide excellent resistance to rust, corrosion and the harsh effects of the tropical climate.

Customers also benefit from the company's comprehensive end-to-end services, which include professional consultation, customised design, manufacturing, installation and dedicated after-sales support.

Looking ahead, Mr Chen said the company remained committed to further strengthening its presence in Fiji through continued investment in advanced manufacturing technology, expanding its aluminium and glass product range, and creating additional employment opportunities for local communities.

He added that SEN DA also planned to increase its involvement in community development initiatives and public welfare programmes as part of its commitment to giving back to the people of Fiji.

Reflecting on the company's 10-year journey, Mr Chen expressed his appreciation to customers, business partners, suppliers and the people of Fiji for their unwavering support.

"Our success over the past 10 years would not have been possible without the trust and confidence of every customer, partner and member of the community," he said.

"As we look to the future, we remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, continually improving our services, and creating lasting value for Fiji and its people for many years to come."

With its expanded operations and renewed vision for growth, SEN DA (Fiji) Pte Ltd is well positioned to continue supporting Fiji's construction industry while contributing to the nation's economic development over the next decade and beyond.
