The man alleged to have stoned several vehicles and robbed people after erecting an illegal roadblock along the Kings Highway near Navesau has been charged.
The 22-year-old has been charged with 1 count of Aggravated Robbery; 1 count of Assault; 1 count of Injuring Animal; 1 count of Common Nuisance; and 6 counts of Damaging Property.
He will be appearing at the Rakiraki Magistrates Court today.
