Businesswoman Charged For Posting False Information On Social Media
The accused has been charged with one count of Malicious Act - Section 15 (a) of the Public Order Act.

The 47-year-old businesswoman who allegedly posted information on social media regarding the closure of a boarding school and other allegations which was proven to be false has been charged.
The accused has been charged with one count of Malicious Act - Section 15 (a) of the Public Order Act.
She will be produced at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
