Father, Son Front Court For Teidamu Murder
The matter was adjourned to October 27 for mention and the case has been transferred to the High Court in Lautoka.

A 50-year-old businessman of Tavua and his 25-year-old son appeared before Magistrate Sekonaia Vodokisolomone charged with one count of murder
Ajay Kumar and his son Ashneel Kumar are alleged to have murdered the late Saleshni Devi, who died in a car incident on September 15, after the vehicle she was in went down a cliff in Teidamu, Lautoka.
Her body was discovered the next morning by several witnesses, including Matawalu Village couple Sanaila Bula and Lusi Marakiwai.

Both accused persons were represented by Iqbal Khan while the prosecution was represented by Acting Inspector Arvind Kumar.
Magistrate Vodokisolomone told Mr Khan that all bail applications would be heard at the High Court in Lautoka as the offence was an indictable one.
Magistrate Vodokisolomone remanded the accused persons for 14 days.
The matter was adjourned to October 27 for mention and the case has been transferred to the High Court in Lautoka.
