References to Fiji were heard during one of New Zealand’s biggest drug and money laundering trial against the Comancheros gang currently underway in a High Court in Auckland.

In a four-week trial, the jury heard bugged phone calls, including a phone call to Fiji – most in coded conversations.

On September 9, RNZ reported that the court heard a phone call between a man and another in Fiji, who can’t be identified.
