Magistrate Seini Puamau will deliver her judgment in the case of Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited at 3pm on March 12.

The matter was called yesterday at the Magistrates Court in Suva for oral submissions.

The court heard that both the state and the defence counsels have filed their written submissions.

Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited is charged by the DPP with two counts of undertaking unauthorised developments and one count of failure to comply with a prohibition notice.

Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited Project Officer Saula Sovanivalu, on behalf of the company, had pleaded not guilty to both charges.
