Magistrate Seini Puamau will deliver her judgment in the case of Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited on April 9.

The matter was called at the Magistrates Court in Suva for judgment yesterday. However, Magistrate Puamau said due to her engagements with other cases, she was not able to prepare her judgment.

Freesoul Real Estate Development (Fiji) PTE Limited is charged by the DPP with two counts of undertaking unauthorised developments and one count of failure to comply with a prohibition notice.

The matter has been adjourned for judgment on April 9 at 2.30pm.
