Indian Nationals In Police Custody For Alleged Rape, Sexual Assault

Two Indian nationals, who are alleged to have been involved in an alleged rape and sexual assault case, are in Police custody.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed that they have been investigating the case after two women in their late 20s reported the matter to Police.
Ms Naisoro said: “Both suspects were arrested today (yesterday) and are being questioned.”

According to Police both men have been operating some business in Nadi. One of the men claimed to be a herbal doctor and operated a herbal clinic in Namaka, under a tourist visa. The other one operated business including a car wash at the Nadi Back Road.
