A 26-year-old man, charged with one count of theft of a motor vehicle, was remanded by the Magistrates Court in Nasinu.

A 26-year-old man, charged with one count of theft of a motor vehicle, was remanded by the Magistrates Court in Nasinu.
The accused was served with full phase of disclosures, and bail was objected to on the grounds that the offence was serious in nature.
Damudamu had waived his right to legal representation.

It is alleged that between December 27 and December 28, 2019, at Nasinu, Damudamu dishonestly stole a motor vehicle registration number HW563 valued at $8000.
The matter has been adjourned for mention on January 7.
