Man Warned To Stay Indoors During Curfew Hours
Tukana is charged with one count of breach of curfew.

A man who was returning home after a grog session during curfew hours has been warned to stay indoors between 10pm and 5am every day.
Tomasi Tukana, appeared before Magistrate Geethani Wijesinghe, during the special court sitting in Suva, yesterday.
Tukana is charged with one count of breach of curfew.

Tukana told the court that he was walking home from Laucala Bay when he was arrested by the Police after 11pm.
Prosecutor, Sergeant Ravi Narayan, has served the accused with full phase of disclosures and sought for strict bail conditions to be imposed.
Magistrate Wijesinghe ordered Tukana’s two sureties to sign a $1000 bail bond each.
Tukana has been ordered not to reoffend while he was on bail or his bail would be revoked and he would be remanded in custody by the Court.
The matter will be called for mention on December 18.
