The man charged with the murder of five people in the Nausori Highlands has appealed to the Court of Appeal in Suva for his bail.
Muhammad Raheesh Isoof was denied bail by the High Court in Lautoka. He appeared before Justice Chandana Prematilaka yesterday.
Isoof’s lawyer Bolameke Qioniwasa, appearing on the instruction of Iqbal Khan and Associates told the court the grounds of appeal filed by Mr Khan were that the learned Judge erred in law in making his decision.
