Nine men, who were found playing video games inside an internet shop allegedly during curfew hours, appeared in Court yesterday.
Poon Wai Zhip, Gregory Leileivonu, Zachariah Ah Koy, Brandon Fremlin, Vatimi Seutinaviti, Nicholas Phelps, Gideon Kaurasi, Thomas Yavita and Cedric were produced before Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa.
They are all charged with two counts of failure to comply with order while Zhip is charged with an additional count of failure to comply with order for operating his internet shop that is not an essential business during curfew hours.

The men were found playing video games in the internet shop in Raiwaqa at 11:15pm on Thursday.
Seutinaviti told Magistrate Boseiwaqa that they were charged with loitering, however they were arrested from inside a house.
The men were released on $300 bail bond and their case was adjourned to July 30 for mention.
