A 58-year-old priest alleged to have disobeyed lawful orders was bailed in the Nausori Magistrates Court yesterday.
The accused Fabiano Naduva Dakai appeared in court charged with one count of disobedience of lawful order.
He is alleged to have conducted a church service/mass on the island of Ovalau which resulted in the gathering of more than 20 people.

His case has been adjourned to April 9 for plea.
