Rape Charges Against 43-Year-Old Man Dropped
The accused was charged with two counts of rape where he was alleged to have raped his 16-year-old niece on June 21 last year.

A 43-year-old man from Nausori was discharged in the High Court in Suva yesterday after the Director of Public Prosecutions dropped the charges against him.
The accused was charged with two counts of rape where he was alleged to have raped his 16-year-old niece on June 21 last year.
The State filed a nolle prosequi showing their intentions to discontinue proceedings against him.
