The Suva Magistrates Court has warned a businessman charged with posting multiple intimate videos of his wife on a pornographic website that no further medical excuses will be accepted as the court moves to set a new trial date.
The accused appeared before Resident Magistrate Yogesh Prasad last Thursday facing 12 counts of posting intimate visual recordings and one count of criminal intimidation involving his 37-year-old wife.
It is alleged the accused uploaded intimate visual recordings of his wife to a pornographic website without her consent. The court heard the woman later became aware of the videos and reported the matter to the Police Cybercrime Unit.

Following multiple adjournments, Magistrate Prasad warned that the case had been delayed long enough and said he would not accept any further medical certificates from the accused.
The magistrate also reminded the court that the accused remains innocent until proven guilty.
