Two charged over Suva nightclub assault

Police have charged two men in relation to an assault outside a Suva nightclub, laying one count each of Act Intended to Cause Grievous Harm under Section 255(a) of the Crimes Act 2009.

The charges were filed following consultations with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Both suspects will appear in court today and are being held in custody.
