$1000 Boost For Nadele Fire Victims
When I heard the news of the tragic incident I quickly thought we need to extend our assistance to those who need it the most.

After hearing about the deadly fire that robbed a household of three of their family members, their home and their household belongings, Wananavu Group of Companies decided to offer a helping hand.
The company, yesterday, handed over a $1000 cheque to the Rai family, who lost two elders and one five-month-old baby in the Nadele, Sabeto blaze on February 17.
Wananavu Group of Companies managing director Vijay Parmanandam said: “When I heard the news of the tragic incident I quickly thought we need to extend our assistance to those who need it the most.

“I do understand what the family went through. As a company that works closely with the NFA Nadi Station, despite the tight end all the business are going through during the pandemic, we have to extend our hands.”
He added they will also assist the family in building their house.
Head of the family, Nitesh Rai, 46 was overwhelmed to receive the assistance for his family.
“This is a big gesture undertaken by the company during this pandemic. Whatever we receive we are grateful,” he said.
