About 10,000 members from around the world will be part of the New Methodist Christian Fellowship (NCF) Church global conference which started at the ANZ Stadium in Suva, yesterday.

The weeklong conference theme, ‘God’s Consuming Fire’ is based on the Bible verse Hebrews 12:29.

Executive manager projects and events Tiarre Waqavakatoga said the global conference happens bi-annually.

“It is just a time for the whole of the NCF church to come together as a church to thank God for His faithfulness throughout the years till now,” Ms Waqavakatoga said.

“This year it is quite different from previous years because we have invited church leaders from other church denominations to participate in this conference,”

The conference will end this Sunday.
