13-Year Sentence For Labourer Who Raped Teenage Neighbour

A labourer, 38, has been jailed for 13 years for rape and sexual assault of his 13-year-old neighbor.
The court heard that the victim was playing in the compound with her four brothers when the offender entered her house asking for a glass of water. Her parents were away at work at that time.
She gave you a glass of water and went to the kitchen to wash dishes. The offender followed her to the kitchen and touched her on top of her clothes.

The victim tried to push the offender and ran away. The offender opened the gate she had closed and went back inside the house. He carried her to the bedroom and put her on the bed and raped her.
