The six- member- transition team at the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) are paid from a special funding allocation of $160,000.
This was revealed to the Fiji Sun yesterday by Acting Permanent Secretary to the OPM and Foreign Affairs, Peter Wise.
He said the allocation was given by the Ministry of Finance for a period of three months, with their contracts expiring on March 23.
