4 New Judicial Officers Sworn In, Strengthens Fiji's Judiciary

Four new judicial officers were sworn in at the State House yesterday, further strengthening Fiji’s judiciary.

Four new judicial officers were sworn in at the State House yesterday, further strengthening Fiji’s judiciary.

The newly appointed appointees were ceremoniously sworn in by President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere in the presence of Acting Chief Justice Salesi Temo, Attorney-General, Siromi Turaga, Solicitor-General Ropate Green and Chief Registrar Tomasi Bainivalu.

Justice Filimone Jitoko – president of the Court of Appeal

Justice Isikeli Mataitoga – Resident Justice of Appeal

Madam Justice Karen Clark – Justice of Appeal

Justice Savenaca Banuve – Puisne Judge
