45 Year Old Farmer Is Latest Road Fatality, Road Deaths Now At 24

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said a post mortem would be conducted to ascertain the cause of death and investigations continue.

A Navosa farmer is the latest fatality on the country’s roads.

The 45-year-old farmer of Nakoro Village last Friday night got off his vehicle along Vuniquwawa, Dratabu Road in Navosa when he was hit by a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said a post mortem would be conducted to ascertain the cause of death and investigations continue.

The road death toll stands at 24 compared to 28 for the same period last year.
