A 5.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Navai, Ba at 8:37 am.
The seismic activity was located 4.4km West-Southwest from Navai in Ba, 86.64km West-Northwest from Levuka and 75km Northwest from Suva.
The inland earthquake occurred at a depth of 61.8km and did not pose any immediate tsunami threat to the region.
