The Ministry of Education has completed the installation of Starlink satellite internet at six rural schools in the interior of Viti Levu.
The schools in the provinces of Naitasiri and in Nadroga/Navosa include Nakorosule District School, Naivucini District School, Naboro Sawanikula School, Lewa Seventh Day Adventist Primary School, Nawaisomo Primary School, and Natutale District School.
They are now connected to high-speed and low-latency internet access, allowing them to conduct virtual lessons, access digital learning platforms, and use cloud calling and other cloud-based applications.
