A-G's Office To Advise Court On Position In Naidu's Case

The Attorney-General’s office has been given three weeks to finalise its stand in a committal proceedings case against lawyer Richard Naidu.
The matter was called before High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar yesterday at the High Court in Suva.
Naidu was represented by lawyer Jon Apted while a counsel from the A-G’s Office was present for the matter.
