A passenger was transferred to Labasa Hospital after the vehicle he was traveling in veered off the road and landed on a house in Buca, Savusavu, last Sunday.
Acting Divisional Police Commander North, Superintendent of Police Eroni Soqosoqo, said the driver and two passengers were taken to Savusavu Subdivisional Hospital after the accident in the early morning.
“The driver and one passenger were treated and discharged, while the other victim was referred to Labasa Hospital for further medical treatment,” SP Soqosoqo said.

There were no casualties from the dwelling house.
Police officers were present at the scene to assist the victims.
