Acting DPP: No Charges

The Acting Director of Public Prosecutions, David Toganivalu, has decided that no charges will be laid in a number of high profile cases.

■          Sitiveni Rabuka and Sakiasi Ditoka Alleged offence - urging political violence and inciting communal antagonism.

■          Voreqe Bainimarama Alleged offence - urging political violence and inciting communal antagonism.
