A 38-year-old woman captured hearts on Thursday during the Fiji National University graduation at the Vodafone Arena as her husband proudly assisted her to receive her award.
Mother of three Monisha Mamta Rao, who lives with a physical disability, experienced her proudest moment when her name was called from the podium.
After a year of dedicated study in Labasa, Ms Rao was one of only two recipients of the National Training and Productivity Centre Excellence Award in Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
