Age is just a number.
This rings true for Divendra Prasad Sharma, 72-year-old who realised his dream of graduating from University yesterday.
Inspired to pursue university studies during the University of the South Pacific (USP) Laucala Campus Orientation week earlier this year, Mr Sharma decided to fulfil his longstanding dream of attaining a university qualification.

Mr Sharma, the eldest of nine children, is the first among his siblings to graduate from a university.
He received his Certificate IV in Counseling from the USP Pacific Technical and Further Education.
