Senior officers of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Extension Division have been reminded of their roles in service delivery to farmers.
This was highlighted by the acting Director Extension Jone Sovalawa during the Crop Extension’s second-quarter meeting in Levuka last week.
“There is a lot expected of the Ministry of Agriculture from the Government and we must be on top of our game as the extension division plays a vital role in terms of agricultural production for food security and for the local and export markets,” he said.
