We need more sponsors to help feed the children, says Rakiraki taxi driver Ashwin Lal .
Mr Lal, who is also the general secretary of the Fiji Taxi Association, teamed up with sweet seller Satish Chand, to voluntarily provide food for the 160 students and the teachers of Wairuku Primary School.
“Most of the parents of the children of the school are cane farmers and farmers, which is why I saw the need to help,” said Mr Lal.
