Ari Taniguchi Judicial Review Adjourned
The leave to apply for a Judicial Review case filed by Ari Taniguchi, the wife of former National Federation Party (NFP) provisional candidate, Hiroshi Taniguchi, will be called next month to check on security costs.

The leave to apply for a Judicial Review case filed by Ari Taniguchi, the wife of former National Federation Party (NFP) provisional candidate, Hiroshi Taniguchi, will be called next month to check on security costs.
The matter was called before Acting Chief Justice Salesi Temo at the High Court in Suva on Tuesday.
Taniguchi filed a case against the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Attorney-General.
Related stories
