Asenaca Looks Forward To Christmas With Family, Friends

Vegetable selling at the Suva Market during this Christ­mas week has been good for Asenaca Salusalu.

Vegetable selling at the Suva Market during this Christ­mas week has been good for Asenaca Salusalu.

The 59-year-old has been selling at the Suva Market for the past 17 years after resigning from her office job.

She said it was worth­while to be selling at the market as she earned mon­ey every day.

“Compared to working in the office, you only get paid at the end of the week or month. But here at the market, I earn money eve­ry day,” she said.
