Ba Provincial Council And Chiefs Finally Reconcile

Heads of the Ba Provincial Council, Ba Provincial Holdings Company Limited and the Bose Ni Momo Ni Yasana Ko Ba gathered in Viseisei Village, Vuda on Thursday to reconcile after 14 years.
Present at the occasion was Ba Provincial Holdings Company Limited chief executive officer Ratu Isimeli Bose, a representative from the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs and the head of the Bose Ni Momo Ni Yasana Ko Ba, Ratu Nacanieli Uqeuqe.

“I am very glad and thankful that they were willing to come and mind you we have not seen each other’s eyes for the last 14 years so it’s good that we can now talk and hopefully we have a bright future for the Ba Province,” Ratu Tevita said.
“The Ministry of iTaukei Affairs is here and presented another tabua to witness the reconciliation and unification of the two so it’s a positive thing.”
Ratu Momoedonu said he hoped there would be better utilisation of resources in the province of Ba.
