Baby Boy Found Alive In Old Pit Toilet, Woman Under Police Guard In Sigatoka Hospital
The woman was taken to Hospital and later referred to Police after suffering complications from allegedly delivering the baby.

A 19-year-old woman is currently under Police guard at the Sigatoka Hospital following the discovery of a new born baby boy in an old pit toilet yesterday afternoon.
The matter was referred to Police after she was brought to Hospital after suffering complications from allegedly delivering the baby.
Police were deployed to the scene where they found the baby boy alive in an old pit toilet.

He was conveyed to the Sigatoka Hospital where he is recovering well.
The suspect is currently admitted at the Labour Ward as investigations continue.
