An elderly man charged with criminal intimidation has been bailed by Labasa Magistrate Court yesterday. It was alleged that on February 12, 2018, Raj threatened to kill Vinod Chand with a spear.
Representing himself, Raj pleaded guilty before Magistrate Cama Tuberi. Police prosecutor Constable Mere Vacau did not object to bail.
Raj has been told not to reoffend and not to interfere with prosecution witness. The case has been adjourned for mention on April 30.
