The bail ruling for murder accused Vinay Darsan will be made on March 7 at the High Court in Lautoka.
Darsan is charged with one count of murder and two counts of incitement. He allegedly murdered his wife Aleshmin Pratap in Rakiraki on August 23, 2022, and allegedly urged Sakaraia Vunisuwai to commit an offence of robbery on August 19, 2022
Darsan is also alleged to have urged Viliame Nayacalevu to commit an offence of murder on August 21 in Rakiraki.
