Bau Mourn Chief’s Deaths
Ratu Epeli has confirmed the death of his brother and said they were ironing out some arrangements as they have two deaths in the family.

The chiefly village of Bau is mourning the death of two of their chiefs Ratu Keni Pearce Vuiyasawa and Ratu Tanoa Jack Visawaqa.
Ratu Tanoa is from the chiefly household of Mataiwelagi and Ratu Keni is from the chiefly household of Naisogolaca.
Ratu Keni is the fourth son of Ratu Sir Edward Cakobau and younger brother to the Speaker of Parliament Ratu Epeli Nailatikau.

Calls and messages sent to Rau Epenisa were not answered when this edition went to press but Fiji Sun was able to confirm Ratu Tanoa’s death through reliable sources.
