The Newly Formed Fijian Government will prioritize hiring local talent to take up senior civil service positions .
Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka made this very clear last night while speaking to the Fiji Sun.
Apart from slashing ministerial salaries and allowances by one third, he said they would focus on hiring Fijians.
