Boy Rapes Six-Year-Old Cousin

Rape and abuse continue to dominate offences recorded by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) include an alleged rape committed by a 12-year-old boy.

He is alleged to have his six-year-old niece.

The ODPP said this was the youngest victim reported last month.

In another alleged incident, a man, 26, was charged with raping and sexually assaulting a five-year- old boy.

The alleged incidents were part of 23 sexual offences recorded by the ODPP. Fifteen of the offences were rape, five sexual assaults and a charge each of indecent assault and defilement.

In other alleged rapes, a man, 24, is charged with the rape and sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl, and a 46-year-old man was charged with the rape of a 30-year-old woman.

There was an incident where a man, 27, is charged with the rape of a 19-year-old man.

The alleged incident took place when the victim was seven years old and the accused was 15- year-old.

There were four cases of incest including a 37-year-old man, who is charged for raping his 15-year-old niece.

The victim’s aunt was also charged with one count of aiding and abetting rape.

In another incident, a man, 28, is charged with raping, sexually and indecently assaulting his 12-year-old and 15-year-old stepdaughters while a 60-year-old man is charged with the rape of his 16-year-old niece.
